Lazarus (“we,” “us”) operates the Lazarus Job Tracker mobile application and related web services, including public intake forms on this website. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use those services.

Who can use our services

Lazarus Job Tracker is intended for authorized employees and contractors of client companies we work with. Access requires company-provided login credentials. The app is not a general public consumer service.

Information we collect

  • Account information:name, email address, and role information associated with your employer's account.
  • Job and business data: jobs, clients, schedules, time entries, equipment and material usage, notes, attachments, and related operational records you or your organization enter in the app.
  • Photos and files: images and documents you upload in connection with jobs or intake submissions.
  • Device and usage data: basic device identifiers, app version, crash diagnostics, and similar technical data needed to operate and improve the service.
  • Public intake forms: if you submit information through our web intake forms, we collect the details you provide (for example contact information, project descriptions, and photos) so we can respond to your request.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Lazarus Job Tracker app.
  • Support job tracking, scheduling, reporting, and communication for authorized users.
  • Process and respond to web intake submissions.
  • Improve reliability, fix errors, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service:

  • With your employer or organization that authorized your access, because job data belongs to that organization's account.
  • With service providers that host and support the platform (for example Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, and analytics infrastructure), under contractual safeguards.
  • When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Data retention

We retain information while your organization maintains an active account and as needed for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. Your organization may request deletion of business data according to its agreement with us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, access controls, and tenant isolation so each company's data remains separate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect information using reasonable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Authorized users should contact their employer for access, correction, or deletion requests related to job data stored in their company account. You may stop using the app at any time. You may request account deactivation through your employer or by contacting us using the information below.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
